Abandoned so many TV shows after the first episode because they're so cliche. Mask Girl has unexpected characters and developments that I'd say make the show definitely creativity worth watching

This movie, along with the news and personal anecdotes, has taught me that America doesn't give people the freedom to carry cash of $5000 and up. They would be suspected of doing illegal activities. In China, Taiwan, and Canada, people can carry however much money they want because they have the freedom to hold cash

You can identify a bad movie right away by a protracted introduction of nothing happening (just names and random images--time wasters) and by 1980s loud bangs and booms to scare you because the director can't think creatively. Best horror movies are Asian because they know how to integrate real creep factors creatively

Watching this movie, I didn't really care for the characters. The writers did a poor job in this regard, and the development is extremely slow, to the point where the climax has lost all meaning and excitement

Did the writers even consider developing a character in the entire movie? My students can write more compelling stories than this

First rule of a great movie: develop a character the audience can sympathize with, understand, and like. Not one character in there has depth and character. The protagonist goes into a Korean-owned grocery store, spew racist comments, bashes up the shop, shoots up some gangsters with an uzi gun.... lame. The Korean shop owner goes to the police and they say it wasn't a robbery even though he stole a can of soda. Hollywood travesty. No wonder no movies today are going down the toilet. People had few choices to watch anything else. Don't waste your time watching this mess

If you like the TV show 24, you'll love this film

Great movie, great acting, great story! Very relatable. The ratings on Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB really show how critics have lost touch of what a movie should be. Google Reviews from real people are far more trustworthy

I've never read the novel going into this movie, so my review is unbiased. The first 3 minutes is quite good, and then it just became so boring... the writing, the directing, the synergy between the actors
