I came across this cookbook at the library and think it is a must have for every household with busy parents who want something fresh and healthy (as opposed to something off the shelf). All the recipes are fuss free and quick and tastes absolutely delicious. Some ingredients like fresh sardines are not available in Singapore - for most of them, a local substitute is available.
