I was in love with the original movie as a child, and I can tell you that this new show is pretty good — For adults. I cannot believe they made this show rated PG. Its content is disgusting, violent, and downright nightmare fuel. As an adult, the visuals are stunning, the script is dark and thoughtful, and the world is harsh but beautiful. However, my 10 year old niece was clutching my hand in fear and disgust and she is fine with movies like the Blair Witch Project! Watch if you’re an adult. Way, WAY too intense for kids.
