It's a solid 3.5 stars.
Faithful translation of 5e rules to a CRPG. Combat and pacing (with the exception of the crimson spiders) is pretty good.
BUT
The voice acting is 2/5, and the script writing is scraping through for a 1 star.
The animations only add to the lack of immersion - it hasthe progression of D&D, but none of the immersion. I just didn'd care about anyone, or believe the story. They seemed to be heding their bets between witcher style (you're Geralt), and true table top style (you are who you choose to be), and they nailed the worst of both worlds.
