Acting? It was great in my opinion. Soundtrack? Definitely suits it’s scenes. But writing? Not so much. Theres no given reason as to why Melinda acts the way she does yet she’s established as some sort of desperate, weird and attention seeking character in a way. It’s implied that she’s looking for an adventure or use because of the way she wants to go with the guy, but theres no rhyme nor reason as to why she does anything on the film. There were also a bunch of plot holes like how the guy got out of ziP TIES FOR GOD’S SAKE- And also that she finally lets the guy take the money and suddenly, she *doesn’t* wanna go with him. In the end it’s implied that she told the police officer the truth, but i dunno. The movie quite literally went down in flames.
