I am not a big fan of Wrong Turm film series mainly because of its abundance of sex scenes(especially in Part 4-6). However, i think this sequel is my most favorite Wrong Turn film and i liked this more than the first one. The first one is a good C-slasher movie as well as this one, but what I like about the sequel is that it has a more creepy vibe into it, especially because of the 'family' cannibals' faces and i like the main character because she really lookef terrified and disgusted for what she was witnessing. The actress also fits the horror/slasher genre because she's good in acting scared or screaming. 1 & 2 will always be the only good ones among the film series. (Wrong Turn reboot is fine, but it has no cannibals in it so it's different for me)

I am aware of the fact that there are also plenty of Marvel fans who don't like Tobey Maguire's portrayal of Spider-Man. I saw some comments, saying that he's awful or the worst Spider-Man among the three actors who played the role. However, for me, Tobey Maguire is still the best! His 'Spider-Man' portrayal may not be the most comic-accurate due to his lack of naughtiness or being talkative (as what many Spidey fans said), but I do believe that he best portrayed Peter Parker as a shy, introverted, outcast but an intelligent student (I'm not 100% sure about this, since so far, I have never read any Spider-Man comics before and until now, but I'm really hoping to do so in the near future). I also read some comments that Spidey should be funny and naughty, but despite Toby Spidey's lackness of the said traits, his portrayal is still the best for me. I don't know, i just appreciated how he portrayed the role as if he's just a completely normal human being and you can feel the sad tone/vibes whenever he struggles with himself or with his love ones (Mary Jane, Aunt May, Harry, etc.) Overall, i just love the whole tone of Sam Raimi's Spider Man trilogy, compared to the MCU version. I don't care if they say that Peter should be naughty or childish like Tom's portrayal, i still prefer Tobey's obviously quiet and shy portrayal with a touch of awkwardness.

To all those people who seem to extremely hate this film, i just wonder if you would comment the same thing if Taylor Swift or Ariana Grande starred as Cinderella instead of Camila, without changing any concept of the film 🤔Because honestly, i found some criticisms that seem way too harsh that it just feels like they just personally hate Camila (especially her voice) I wonder when will they understand that she's having a UNIQUE voice that some of you just find it hard to appreciate? I don't get the hate that 'she' receives. She has NEVER been a n awful singer. It's just her voice is NOT YOUR CUP OF TEA. Not even sure if they ever listened to any of her live performances, like, hello? She's not terrible. She CAN definitely sing live and her live singing isn't far from the studio version of her songs. I know this review isn't as necessary as others since i deliberately focused on Camila, but i just want to voice out my unpopular thoughts. EDIT: To be honest, Camila Cabello did a really great job as a first time film actress and i think she best suits as a comedic actress. I just wish she would be offered more serious roles in the future because i really do believe she has a talent in acting and for other people to take her more seriously for her potential. The film is not bad at all, but there are too much musical numbers for me. Maybe that isn't a big deal for musical film fans, that's just my own opinion 😄

I'm not a fan of Saw films, but I have had already watched the first, second and third film, as far as i remember. Despite that, I already saw all of the death scenes from the series. For me, this installment was a little disappointing in some aspects. The deaths are gruesome (especially the first one, in the opening scene), but all of the traps and deaths are not as gory or unsettling as the traps from previous Saw films. Also, in my own opinion, Chris Rock's performance was a bit off, it feels like he was miscast. The way he speaks distracted me and i think it doesn't suit the intended tone of the film. Several deaths also felt a bit rushed. But overall, i think it's not bad. 7/10

I don't understand those who gave this film a one-star rating. This film is amazing! It is a major departure to other cliché horror/thriller films out there, which is highly refreshing. Plus, Elisabeth Moth gave a remarkable and affecting performance as a victim of abusive husband. Her facial expressions and gestures are on point. I also don't have any problem with the build up, even though it was a bit slow at the first half, it is still understandable since it helped developing the characters even more until the tension builds up.

I've noticed a lot of negative feedbacks to this film mainly because of the final act. But for me, it did not disappoint me. It was actually a surprise for me, given that I'm not a fan of alien/alien or monster-invation film, however, the ending still did not disappoint me. The overall suspense buildup in this film is terrific, especially in the first half, in which you will wonder what's really going on in them or in the outside world. I know that this film could've been better if it wasn't connected to the Cloverfield film series and served instead as a standalone, original-concept film, but despite all of these, i really don't think that the movie was overall disappointing. It's still very effective, the performances of the leads are believable and captivating. Regardless of its connection with the Cloverfield film series and its ending, this movie it still enjoyable and thrilling, that's why i highly recommend it 👍

My only problem with this movie is that it is too short, however, the good thing is that they made effective use of it despite its short runtime. The lead actors are believable and captivating, especially Rachel McAdams. Her facial expressions and gestures are on point. Cillian also did a great job at portraying his role. I don't know why other people hate the second half of the film, in my opinion, it's great and made the film even better (although the ending was a bit disappointing for me, they should've added a bit more than that). Some said that Lisa should've just called the police when the plane landed, but hello? This is a movie, so the lead actually often do the work to solve the problem. But overall, the film is suspensful, fast paced and captivating. Not a perfect one, but i highly recommend it for all 😊

As a fan of Final Destination film series, this 4th film is the worst for me. All Final Destination film stories are almost just the same, but what sets aside the other 4 films are the creative and suspenseful death scenes, as well as the acting. This fourth film lacked all of the above mentioned qualities; the CGI is so poor, the death scenes are too unrealistic (i know some death scenes in other FD filns are unrealistic too, but the deaths in this installment for me are much more unbelievable).

Original fans of Wrong Turn might probably be disappointed if they are expecting to see inbred cannibals and stupid sexual scenes. Well, all I can say is EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED. It might be too different, but It's not really bad. It's great in its own way. I think my only problem about this reboot, is that it's fast paced and they didn't actually show how the other victims are killed (especially in the first half of death scenes, only the aftermath was shown). However, i don't really think it is a bad film. 👍 Compared to other Wrong Turn films, this REBOOT is the BEST in terms of QUALITY and PRODUCTION. But if we are going to talk about the ORIGINAL STYLE of Wrong Turn, for me, Wrong Turn 2: Dead End is still the best. Those who rated it 1, and their reason is that they miss the Hillbillies, well, this is far way better than them. Wrong Turn 3-6 i think just make the viewers or fans support or feel excited whenever the cannibals will brutally kill the characters, which i think is not really good.
