This show is totally ridiculous. The Pacific NW real estate market is so hot. There is no need to fix houses to sell in the 100 mile radius of Seattle. Even teardown houses sell for over list prices. Also they do include selling and closing costs when calculating profits. I really dislike something that is so disingenuous.

So slow, and disappointing. I loved the book. Possibly too much in the book to depict in a movie, and would have been better as a Netflix or Amazon series. Of you had not read the book, the movie would not make any sense. Totally disjointed story in the movie. I hated this movie and almost left midway through.
