Andrew is a wonderful but rare beast who we're going to miss greatly. Not a natural T.V. performer, no polished image or slick presentation; but sheer political intelligence, knowledge and experience, honesty, reliability, and a determination to get to the marrow of any issue. He's head and shoulders above the rest and at a time when the BBC has lost its way we need him.
