I’m not sure why this movie received such great reviews. I did not find it “amazingly beautiful”. The characters were subpar, especially the Jason Dixon character. The doofus, loser cop. Too over the top trying to show what an idiot this guy is, so cliche, it’s cringe worthy. I didn’t feel any real connection with the characters. It felt like it started in the middle of a good storyline but didn’t bother developing the characters at all. Glad I didn’t pay money to see this in theatres.
