This film is awful. How anyone has rated it beyond a 1 or 2 is almost as mystifying as the script getting signed off. Jim Cummings default mode is shouting wildly. So get used to that. Also get used to attempts at character building being clumsily hurried along by unnatural dialogue, random unrealistic behaviour, oh, and a plot that doesn't make sense - culminating in an arrest/conclusion seemingly based entirely on the fact someone is tall... a discovery that bizarely only happens right at the end of a movie set in a small town where everyone knows everybody.... Chuck in a few big old stereotypes like an alcoholic cop main character, who has a propensity to do the opposite an actual cop would do (like wait for back up before running into a killer's house), and you've got a big steaming pile of 'im never getting these 2 hours of my life back'.
