Why this movie not released in Cinema Hall and it selects Netflix instead of Amazon Prime/Hotstar/Jio?? The simple answer is movie wouldn't last more than 2 days in Cinema Hall.. The story line has shown pre independence era in 2024 with the availability of mobile phone, internet. The audiences of Netflix are not the poor, the targeted audiences are more sofisticated and upper class who can't relate this story in their regular life. The lame jokes during the proceeding of the movie indeed made it boring. This story should be picked up for daily soaps and not a full fledged movie. I am astound to see people praising this below average movie when we have many other movies to get inspiration in our life. I would prefer to give 0.5 rating.

Why do we need this movie in first place?? No story at all and even not encouraging to promote a bogus story based movie.

Weak script and average acting made this movie looks miffed as compared to actual Hollywood movie "The Fault in Our Stars". Leading casts failed to show case their expression when SSR death had lot of hopes on him. Sonchiriya was far better than this movie.
