A fantastic read! As volume one of an ongoing story, this book does a great job of introducing characters you'll learn to love and care about, set the stage for a larger story, and answers some of the big questions introduced near the start of the tale. It's everything you'd want out of part one of an epic adventure! The webcomic from which these pages are based is ongoing, with some chapters continuing past this volume at the time of this posting. If you like the concepts of fantasy adventure, found family, and bigger-picture mystery, this is a great one for you!
