Sad to see. A very generic modern streamed soap opera that pays distant lip service to a well-prized book series. Panders to rather esoteric current interests and culture, belying Asimov's own treatments of possible future culture idiosyncrasies that could have been well-played on.
Certainly not visually interesting, given the scope of the original stories.
The dialogue and most of the sub-plots came out of a can of "generic scifi soap opera" pablum. I'd suggest the series title be changed to "Waiting Room" instead of "Foundation"; the kind of waiting room well-stocked with stacks of 'Cosmopolitan', as opposed to 'Scientific American'.
