Who would've thought a drama centered around chess would be bingeable?
This is so watchable for reasons I can't really formulate.
A female lead that doesn't feel forced or Mary-Jayned was refreshing. And she's not a wobbly girl character who loses her bottle when confronted with a good looking lad or anything cringe like that.
It's tense & sad & heartwarming & triumphant. Netflix originals are seldom bad.
