Insufferable account of a character who experiences profound trauma and does absolutely nothing to heal. He goes even further by weaponizing his experiences to justify further self harm and destruction. Meanwhile his friends and loved ones are left to walk on eggshells and tiptoe around the trauma elephant in the room. The book is an exhausting parable showing the reader what untreated toxic behavior looks like.
