Movie Review: ‘Kanakam Kaamini Kalaham’ (Malayalam) After a very promising start the movie dissipates in to an absurd show of sub standard comedy! Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval, in his second film after the delightful Android Kunjappan completely disappoints me with this film. This film belongs to the category of satire-comedy drama which is not that familiar to Malayalam film industry. Nivin Pauly returns to screens after a long gap of 2 years and deserves praise for choosing brave, innovative new concepts for the films he produces under his home banner ‘Pauly Jr pictures. Fans of Wes Anderson movies are gonna love this movie but definitely not my cup of tea! All actors did their job good, especially kudos to Grace Antony, Vinay Kumar, Rajesh Madhavan, Jaffar Idukki and Vincy Aloshious but the story line was the spoiler. #KanakamKaaminiKalaham #moviereview

Blame the pre release hype, gone to the theater with much expectations and excited for first day first show but it was really a disappointment! First half was literally a lag. Screenplay is very poor. BGM was cool. Acting of Indrajeet and Shine Tom was Good. The guest appearance of Tovino Thomas was a surprise. Apart from that the climax was better and given a life to the boring first half but don't justify to the hype it was portrayed and projected even in Burj Khalifa!
