Pros: Incredible CGI, really fun action scenes, imaginative fantasy locations and technology. Cons: The first time they fight isn’t until about 40 minutes into the movie; the first 40 minutes being almost entirely, unnecessary exposition. Millie Bobby Brown is far too good an actor for this script, her character’s contribution to the movie could’ve been a 3-minute scene instead of a 30-minute arch. A little plot in an action movie is not a bad thing, this just missed the mark in my opinion. Conclusion: If you want to see a big monkey fight a big lizard and obliterate an entire city, this is your movie. Just don’t expect thought-provoking dialogue. But of course, who’s watching Godzilla Vs Kong for the story? 7/10 #TeamKong
