Forget what you've heard. Forget what you've read. This is a story of men and women losing their way in a world gone wrong. It's a story of sacrifice and perseverance. This is a story of a man's Odyssey to find the love of his life and his purpose in this world. This game managed to touch me the way very few others could, one of them being The Last of Us which this game is right up there. The gameplay is deep, fun and satisfying especially once you leveled up enough and are able to fight your way through hordes. The sound, visuals and acting are all top tier. If you like super high quality, story driven open world games then do your self a favor and pick this gem up. You'll love every minute of it. Days Gone is one of this generation's masterpieces. I can't wait for more.

If you like historical events being brought up on the TV screen in an accurate yet a bit overdramatic fashion then do yourself a favor and watch this gem. Chernobyl HBO is imho, the best mini series of all time.
