I have dealt with anxiety & depression for 40 yrs. I can relate to some of it. But it was such a hard, dark watch that I gave up after about 4 episodes. Largely contributing to that was my hatred of his mom/Debra Winger's character. Ugh.

Love love love Paul Rudd & Steve Corell but this is one of the most painful movies I've ever watched. Corell's character is much like his dopey Anchorman persona, but it gets old, lame, redundant & SUPER ANNOYING within minutes vs an entertaining foil. More exasperating than funny and highly aggravating.

Amazing nostalgic beautiful movie with literally only 2 incredible actors. Love the fact that it's in black & white. So soulful and touching; anyone who's had an ex from high school or college who reconnects years later will love this movie. And so will those who've never done so but wanted to. Very bittersweet.
