How disappointing I bought the cookbook to send overseas to a grandchild. they seemed like recipes she could easily master and definitely had a NZ flavour. How disappointing to see they include ingredients that are only available in NZ and there isn't really a substitute to impart the same flavour. I write to the company but a month later still no reply.
