It is not an easy movie, be ready to cry a lot. Many are ignorant of the reality of Kashmir. I felt more connected because my grandmother was from Kashmir. I grew up listening to the stories of terror which Hindu's went through during that time. The movie shows pain in its rawest form because it is closest to the truth, unlike any other movie on the exodus so far. The Kashmiri Pandits went through such tragic situations yet never picked up arms. The people today take the freedom of living in independent nation like India forgranted. They don't want to know the true facts, or about the history. I request everyone reading this please watch #thekashmirfilestrailer to know the past. #TheKashmirFiles makes you realise that if we are alive today, it's a privilege and not something that should be taken for granted.

Saw this just bcoz of being a Maddy fan. And he never disappoints. He's the best actor. All other characters also did a fab job, my other fav in this were Ganesh and Agni. To be honest it is an interesting series with some witty puns and some adult jokes. The series will keep you glued to the screen but after finishing you will have nothing as a takeaway. (which is sad)
