I noticed a lot of reviews written by men, show they didn't get it. 🙄 I am a female and I was affected quite deeply by this movie. Each well known female actress represented a different archetype of womens choices, fight flight or freeze. Beautifully displayed & at times dismaying. We witnessed the display of the many choices women have in our macro world, in the past and in the present and how we can make a difference for other women's futures. It was profoundly moving.

I enjoy supernatural mystery, and they did a great job with this. Sivan who is part Puerto Rican and part Apache did a great job portraying the different roles she had to play in Sasha. ✌ However I have studied Lilith, this supposed 1st wife of Adam, who was not willing to obey and work under him like a slave, she is a positive role model archetype for modern day feminists. Too bad the storyline bought into oppressive subjective patriarchal stereotypes. Shame that Uma Thurman was part of this decision as an accurate historian her father was.... I've seen her as a walking feminist herself. Did not enjoy them downplaying Lileth like a conservative Bible interpreter would do. 👎
