I recently "met" Kathi Harper Hill online while doing some genealogy research for a cousin of mine whose mother was a Harper. As it turns out, Kathi and my cousin Joyce are second cousins. Their grandfathers were brothers. So, I bought "Bensy & Me," on her suggestion and read it just recently. It was a very nice story, full of lots of Southern - and all clean - humor! It was an "easy read." I sent her an email to say: "Bless yo pea-pickin' heart, you done gone and rit yoself a pretty danged good book rat der!" I am sure that I will buy one or more other books of hers, and I may just buy her whole collection!
