This is a wonderful and delightful film, much in the spirit of the original 1964 film produced by Walt Disney. It is definitely a "feel good" film. The combination of live action and animation is again a plus, perhaps better than ever. The songs and dances are excellent and there is a feeling of wonder and joy. The story is definitely quite real, but it has much the same magical and miraculous wonders that were in the original film. It is delightful to see Dick Van Dyke and Angela Lansbury, both in their nineties, in small roles in the production. There are definitely some positive and even inspirational messages in the story. I haven't enjoyed a film this much in many years.
