I read the book and two books about the Mitford Sisters. Was beyond disappointed with this adaptation. Grossly exaggerated portrayal of Uncle Matthew, strong suggestion of sexual love between Fanny and Linda, etc.. Characters unlikable, too much bling and all of it off-putting.
