The show is a total joke. I worked for Marriott and was taught Clean As You Go, In the Army I was trained to inspect kitchens. Ramsay fails the common sense rule. First you inspect the kitchen and coolers before you do anything. He does what he does for drama and his failure rate is higher than his success rate at turning these places around making them going concerns.
