TMNT 07 is a movie that's too ambitious and too underdeveloped at the same time, the concept for 5 stone warriors and 13 monsters being the main antagonists instead of the usual foot clan and shredder is a cool and awesome idea and all but it would've worked better if they weren't together in one movie, maybe put the 13 monsters in this movie and set up the 5 stone warriors for a sequel. And the way that they're put in the movie is just so unnatural, it's like they're trying to fit it in but the bag is just so full. I also really just LOVE the voice acting and animation, the delivery of the VAs for the main cast feels so real and the more muted colors and darker environments of the animation is a really nice change of pace from the classic live action movies, and the CGI is just beautiful even today. The story had so much potential but it just didn't know it's next move halfway into the movie. Overall this movie has a lot of flaws, but it also has a lot of great things in it, it's just a bit too crowded. I give it a strong 7.8/10
