The movie's best point is that middle class women confined to the house, who may not have been serious about studies, can dare to dream and seek employment and even excel at it, provided they have humour, boldness and enjoy what they do. Vidya Balan as usual excels .and so does Neha Dhupia. The others too act well. The ending could have planned better, by giving Vidya a choice of her own, rather than being forced by circumstances. They could have shown her handling different challenges, which workingwomen face. On the whole director has done a great job. Kudos.
