Carol Hannaford

1917 is an extremely good film - so realistic and unlike any war film I have seen before! It depicts the total horror of war! The film has the audience gripped from beginning to end because the viewer feels as if they are actually there! Brilliant film, well acted by everyone involved and leaves the viewer with plenty to think about when it has finished!

I enjoyed the film but I prefer the original. I think the film could be quite scary for younger children as I found it quite sinister at times! The animation was extremely good!
