Legitimately awful movie. Dialogue is corny. Story is ridiculous. Acting is terrible. I realize that science fiction is supposed to be unrealistic, but this goes above and beyond to be an obnoxiously bad film. Anyone that give this a 5-star review is someone that doesn’t watch a lot of movies. That’s not a bad thing for them, it just means that if you want a good movie to watch that has a rich plot and talented actors, you ought to skip this one. This is coming from a fan of Peter Jackson’s King Kong. Side note: I like King Kong better than Godzilla, but the idea of putting the two against each other is ridiculous. It’s like the Batman versus superman argument. Obviously, Godzilla eats him alive 999 out of 1,000 times.
