Imagine a smug, self absorbed 20 year old ranting about politics for half an hour. Now imagine that whenever something happens that he doesn't like he insists that America is all but doomed. Now imagine that his tone is always either condescending or pissed off. And now imagine that he's actually 50 but still acts like he's in sophomore year. That's what Cenk Uygur, the host of TYT, is like. Speaking as a progressive myself, I can tell you that TYT is just as painfully biased as Fox News, as shallow as CNN, and mainly tries to get you to keep watching by making you angry, rather than keeping you engaged with real journalism. There are youtube channels more professional than TYT.
