''Shikara ''.. 🛶...A sweet and simple love story of a Kashmiri pandit couple showing the pain they went through when they were thrown out of their own land in the year 1990. They had to stay like a refugee in their own country along with 40,000 Kashmiri Pandits.Its so painful too see your own people dying in front of you, your own houses burning in front of your eyes , no food or proper clothes, living in a small tent for long years... Without getting much judgemental about why the nasty violence was not shown much or why the govt could not take the right step and why Kashmiri Pandits were left helpless, if we appreciate the movie storyline we can find its a masterpiece ....Nice photography ,Beautiful acting by the new comers....So pure and transparent.. Great job by the director Vidu Vinod Chopra who has tried to show the controversial topic in a simpler way... A must watch movie....😊

Saw a movie after a long time on TV ...'Notebook'(Salman Khan production)...Thanks to Netflix.. Though the review is not great but I loved the movie...It's a simple low budget film but I m sure will leave an impact on you for quite sometime. I loved the teacher-student relationship... There is not need to be strict or harsh to make ur student obedient and disciplined...Love and Sincerity can teach a lot... It's a cute love story which shows u can just fall in love with a person whom you have never met..... Love can be so pure and serene... Cinematography is awesome...(Kashmir based) Both the debutants have done good job.
