one of the best movies i think i've ever seen. highly recommend. the director anthony hayes has done a remarkable job at capturing the extreme weather conditions in the australian desert, and also himself plays a remarkable character. zac efron displayed some of his best acting that i have ever seen; creating a character based on a few conversations with four other characters, and the majority of the rest from his own fears and emotions he presents from the gruelling environment and hard restrictions he is to deal with. the story ends in such a disturbing way that the whole situation efron's character was in intensifies. hayes does an amazing job creating an anxious feeling throughout the entire movie, which leaves you gritting your teeth in anticipation. not at all what i was expecting, i hope this movie wins plenty of awards! also, have to add, the makeup that was done for efron's character was absolutely haunting. deserves a lot of praise, and if you're interested in stunning cinematography definitely recommend giving it a go! definitely a small budget movie, but it turned out amazing in my opinion.
