I read the final of this trilogy in one sitting and with the final page was left with a certain level of irritation. Before that however, I had wept, been angry and believed I understood. But did I ? I settled at the computer on finishing the book and read reviews, so I have given it three stars only because on completing I left unaffected and a little disappointed. Not sure that the author wasn't laughing at the reader
