I'll admit that I'm not really a fan of the other Chicago Series, but this one caught my attention. At it's core it is a procedural and some of the storylines we've all seen before, but the characters are what keep me coming back to this one. Ruzek is my favorite character and the episodes that focus on him are outstanding. I bought all five seasons on DVD and I'm on the 3rd right now. All in all, if you're like me and enjoyed The Shield, Southland, and other similar cop shows then give this one a try. You just might get hooked on it like I did.
