I like the transformations ( that’s the only reason I am giving it 3 stars)... but hate the fact that their motif i.e. studio McGee look is all about exposing the beams color it white or keep it wood oak finished, paint everything else white, then go for that navy blue nautical look. Oh, by the way, let’s change it up ever so slightly with changing navy blue to olive green (or army green) for season 2. Doing it for 1 or 2 episodes is fine... 3 episodes is pushing it... but the whole season? Why do people even want the same garbage as another person’s house? Zero personality in terms of design. A splash of colour isn’t cliche... it’s the way you throw it together. If you look at their Christmas tree at the end of season 2... that’s how bland their designs are....
