My favorite movie from the 50s. Yes it has subtitles and the movie is in French but you do not lose anything significant If you don’t read the subtitles. the entire movie is a story well told by multiple visual situations and great acting. Even by the kids and dogs in the movie. Tati is a master of pantomime.

This is a movie I watched back when it came out. Music outstanding. Ditto plot and emotions. Will watch it again.
