This was one of the best spiritual reads I ever completed. I did not rate it 5 stars because in my experience I thought that the mechanism followed by Cohen to use the principles of ACIM and force a person to ignore the negative forces that pull you to feel guilty also lead you to believe that you are the only entity in existence. That doesn't ring true to me. Further to that the selective quotations from the Bible tend to ignore other elements of the Bible that are also important and could lead a person to better understand global events. Cohen is great, but as is the case with all philosophies, one should be careful to not except it as wholly true. It was enough for me to say enough of the spiritual quest for a while though and getting back to normal life for a change is refreshing.
