I started watching this show a while ago. I enjoy learning about how a yaht crew operate a large boat with amazing amenities for chartered guest. On S6/Ep13, Sandy really made the wrong decision to fire Lexi based on how the chef treated her. He attacked her a first and continued to verbally attack her. Your chief stu said nothing, in fact noone said nothing when he disrespected her parents first. As the Captain, why didn't you ask the crew ehat made her said that comment about his parents to abort him? He talked about her parents and thst is okay with you. I am very diappointed in how you handled the entire situation. She did nothing wrong first! It is not okay to disrespect someone's parents and not expect something negative to be said back to you. You a biased and treat your staff unfairly! Watch this episode and you will see how she was targeted. Be fair not emotional.
