This game is too raw. The tv show had come out and people didn't know how to feel about a spiky haired charmer like Sonic themselves - this idea of a brand on brand relationship was unheard of at the time (at least for me) I never thought of robotnik as anything more than a criminal... the way he treats sonic and his pals - is injustice on top of that I'm putting his factory safety standard on 3d blast mode Flickys lives matter - is he paying them well enough are beans not the fruit of their labor as well rise of red sonic? I think he gets a Mario hat (future thought)
