I’ve been following this since it’s trailer in 2017 so personally for me, I had a lot of hype for this game. The main question people would want to know is weather or not to buy it so I’ll give you my opinion on the game and you decide. (Also I have been playing it on the ps5) Pros: - extensive customisation with character and weapons - vast map to get lost in - fun skills and perks to unlock - very quirky characters - beautiful scenery - decent story (so far after 15 hours in) - a very decent RPG and honestly one that hits the spot if you’re looking for something new Cons: - very little soundtrack, just like you’d expect from an RPG there is no battle music or intense music for combat which is a little disappointing - no lock on feature for combat so it’s very hard to attack and select which enemy at range - guns seem to be unbalanced with the melee and mutation abilities. Regardless of my character having high melee stat and intelligence, they still deal far more damage - some small graphically detailed would’ve been nicer, such as more details on the separate weapon crafting parts - you do not clip through debris, but a giant enemy you can clip straight through - some option to change the zoom on the camera would also be a nice touch - narrator is a bit annoying, it would’ve been fine with just subtitles or less of him. I’m sure a lot of the cons will be fixed in the near future but in my opinion, it’s a very fun new game but personally don’t think it’s worth the price at the moment, maybe wait until it’s on sale
