General Esdeath (ManWithTheBFG)

This is a genuine “horror” movie. Not to be confused with a “terror” movie like a slasher flick. The horror here is psychological and cerebral, not something you find at the end of a knife’s blade. This is a thinking man’s “horror movie.” And I am so starved for this kind of content that I can only give it 5 stars.

I enjoyed this movie. It isn’t the kind of movie I would watch more than once, but it was interesting enough that I never felt bored.

I’m giving it two stars only because it’s SO BAD that I think it’s unintentionally hilarious. Get drunk and watch it with your friends. Cheesy effects. Ridiculous dialogue.
