Ignore the review bombing, this has already had a great start with interesting new characters and places. Main cast has done a good job of bringing these characters forward and my family will be excited tonsee how this continues to grow.

If you actually pay attention to the movie, every 1* review has its question answered. We were expecting to have a movie on in the background and were instead riveted to our seats for the entire flight. Best netflix flick in a long while

Three stars. The show loses 1 star for the animated host, comedic hosts are fine but this pushed to far towards childish. The second lost star is from having the contestants judging the meals, as they make it more about eliminating competition and not not just what tastes best. If you want to preserve the competitors judging each other aspect make it worth half the final score, and a guest judge provide the other 50%, I'm got really frustrated watching people get polar opposite poinions and losing points over it ("Too spicy/no spice at all" was heard on multiple occasions)

Are you a 16 y/o boy that can't tell the difference between something exciting and artificial hype? Well than FiF Knife or Death is for you! 3/4 of the competitors are out of shape middle aged adults that bought a knife online and think their 10 years of once a week martial arts at the YMCA make them ninjas. While they hack slash and wheeze their way through an obstacle course in an empty warehouse Goldberg and co-host Tu Lam repeat "Oh he's gassed", "Sharpness of the Blade" and "badass". Travis Wuertz is entertaining and seems a natural on camera, his 3 minutes of screen time is the only reason this show is getting any stars.
