Awful. My daughter cried hysterically throughout the movie and never wants to watch an animal movie again. Lots of super sad scenes about animal abandonment, scary situations like kidnaping and the father dying, and other emotional manipulation. I have no idea why movies this this are made for children. If you have a sensitive child avoid at all costs.
