This is a great movie if you crave action movies. I can see Angie Harmon playing this role, so I think that the critics are being unbelievably harsh. Gina Carano does a more that adequate acting job. I give the movie a well above average rating because it has Richard Dreyfus in it. He does his best to try to express what is going on with the patriarch figure's mind and what motivates him. At certain plot points the movie is totally unrealistic, but it is an action movie and I have seen enough of them to just get in the mood and watch the action hero go into invulnerable super hero mode. Try the movie out. I was hooked minutes into the first action scene.

I really enjoyed this show, so much so, that I can say it is my favorite new TV show that I have watched in the last 12 months. If I close my eyes and listen to the actor that plays Reacher, he sounds like Tom Cruise. The backstory of Reacher which plays out in childhood flashbacks really explains how he developed his value system. He is an old fashioned, no nonsense American hero. The only thing I would warn people is that they should not get attached to characters in the story, because lots of them end up dead. You have no idea who is going to survive the story and it was a nail biter to the very end. Because of the violent deaths in the show, I found it cathartic when the evil social paths got theirs in the end. I wish that some of the characters had suffered more before that died, but then Reacher is a hero, not a sadist. I highly recommend this show for all except those that do not like portrayals of highly graphical violence that end in death.

In my opinion, this is the greatest anime series ever made. This was a synthesis of animation art and music. The music is memorable and seems to be created for each and every episode. Yoko Kanno did her best work with series, week after week. It scores top scores for plot arc, character development, story lines, and voice acting. It all came together in this series and as a whole, it is as close to perfection as you can get.

This is so different from Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris is so tough... This new Walker is a wimp. I started thinking about what I saw. It was like they did a satire of the original Walker. This is like a group of writers got together and wrote a Saturday Night Live skit, only instead of being 4 minutes long, it is 42 minutes long. What really was ridiculous was the sound mixing. The music rises in parts where I could not hear what the actors were saying, but after reflection, I concluded I did not miss anything. I really, really hate this show, unless that is what they mean to achieve, a satire of the original TV show. In that case, there was a lot of thought that went into writing the script, but life is too short and there are other things I want to spend my time viewing, like Yellowstone.

What is obvious about Stephen Collins was that his "confession" was a cry for help. He needed help and counseling. Since there were no charges filed, for the most part, he kept his urges under control. I think that people that call for a boycott of Seventh Heaven over this admission that was suppose to remain confidential and sealed are being too harsh. The human condition is that we need to forgive people and help people, not condemn them and drive them to darkness and despair.
