What should have been a fun series of two warring factions trying to colonize a new world end up as a pretentious mish-mash of religious themes, confusing symbolism, and unpleasant characters, why does anything made in the last twenty years by Ridley scott have to be so confusing and have the joy and fun sucked out of it, I gave up on this after 5 episodes but did watch a bit of the last episode, which included some cobblers with a pregnant android and a badly done CGI serpent.
