Annabel Grace

Spoiler alert! While the movie was not atrocious, there were certain points where the movie needed a little realism. There was a scene where the neighbouring couple were arguing and the husband was heard saying, "This is our only way to have a child!" If one of my children were missing and I heard that, you can guess on whose door the police would be knocking, to at least eliminate suspects. They were not the kidnappers. The acting was not as believable as I have come to expect from movies like, Taken. There you see the single minded determination of the dad, trying to get his daughters back. I love Australian made movies and I support Aussie made, where possible. Australia is home to me. However, I cannot get behind this Australian based let down. Two stars, because the beauty of Australia never fails to impress me and the other star is for attempt.

Pretty ridiculous. A little better than some of the Pontianak films I have watched, but there is no scare factor, for me. Creep factor, maybe.
