Darkly uplifting! Tom Hanks is brilliant as usual! His initial storyboard cracked me up. I laughed uncontrollably when he revealed the photo of his new friend with the busted up nose! Then again when his writer friend (sorry I forgot his name) ended up as a little character in his make believe world. I loved it...hysterically creative done in such a tender fashion. I haven't had the pleasure of reading the Esquire article (10,000 words and all) but looking forward to finding it. Maybe somebody can tell me where I can find for free?
