I don't know if we can trust Netflix to make movies anymore. This was one of the most tedious things I've ever seen on their service. First thing to know is that this movie is all style, no substance. There isn't a single likeable or memorable personality in this psychedelic crayon box of a movie. Every scene is too long and so bereft of anything to care about. Even when we finally do get an action sequence, it feels like an amateur dramatics performance. No punch goes unpulled! Even when the movie tries to do something interesting, its all executed with the life and energy of an empty milkshake glass. This whole movie is like a painting of a fireworks display; all color and flair, but turn even slightly to the side and you immediately see it's flat. It's like someone watched Leon the Professional, John Wick and Hotel Artemis and said they want to make all of those movies at once but missed everything that made the aforementioned movies good. In fact, go watch any of those movies instead. It'll be a better use of your two hours.
