This company is a national embarrassment and reflects how bloody behind we are in tech. Put simply, your app is total garbage. The "live" stream is ONE WHOLE MINUTE OFF MOST OF THE TIME. You cut streams whenever you like which led to missing some really important moments. If there's one thing I have taken away from the Olympics, it's that Channel 7 is the worst Olympics national partner in the world and in history. Don't even get me started on your uneducated and ignorant commentators... The commentary in the opening ceremony and in many sports on other countries truly displayed good old aussie racism. Find some diversity in your commentary panel because your current panel can only remember that "Bali is where Australians go for their end of year trip!" or that there are "Iraq related wars". Biggest joke in history - this is why Australia is seen as the most backwards country in the world.
